By enrolling in our 6-month coaching program, you agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern your participation in the program. These terms ensure a clear understanding between you (the participant) and us (the company). Please read them carefully before proceeding with your purchase.
1.1. The 6-month coaching program is designed to train participants from beginner traders to securing 100K in funding from a funding partner.
1.2. The program includes:
2.1. The total cost of the program is €4000.
2.2. Payment must be made in full prior to starting the program, unless otherwise agreed.
2.3. Any exam fees required by the funding partner (between $500 – $800) are the responsibility of the participant and must be paid within five months from the start of the program.
2.4. Refunds will only be considered under the conditions listed in Section 5 (Success Guarantee) and if the participant fully complies with the conditions of the program.
To be eligible for the success guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:
3.1. Complete all training modules, videos, and assessments provided within the program.
3.2. Attend all live coaching calls. In cases where attendance is not possible, the participant must notify us in advance and make alternative arrangements.
3.3. Pay the exam fee to the funding partner within 5 months from the start date of the program. The fee amount varies between $500 and $800, depending on the funding partner.
4.1. Participants will receive two (2) coaching calls per week. Missed calls without prior notice will not be rescheduled.
4.2. The London Live Trading Sessions provide a learning environment where participants can observe and learn from live trading, market analysis, and strategy discussions.
5.1. We provide a 100% success guarantee for participants who meet all the requirements outlined in Section 3.
5.2. If, despite adhering to all conditions, the participant fails to achieve 100K funding, they are entitled to request a full refund of the program cost.
5.3. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the program’s end date. The request will be reviewed, and if eligibility is confirmed, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.
5.4. No refunds will be issued if the participant does not meet the requirements stated in Section 3.
6.1. We reserve the right to make adjustments to the program content, structure, and schedule at any time, ensuring that such changes do not adversely affect the quality of the program.
6.2. Any changes to coaching call times or program features will be communicated in advance.
7.1. All materials, content, and resources provided during the program are the intellectual property of the company and are for personal use only.
7.2. Participants are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share any of the program materials with third parties without prior written consent.
8.1. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the program, including financial loss related to trading or funding activities.
8.2. The success of the program depends on individual effort, commitment, and adherence to the guidelines provided. Results may vary, and we do not guarantee individual performance beyond the terms of the success guarantee.
9.1. We reserve the right to terminate a participant’s access to the program without a refund if they fail to adhere to these terms and conditions or engage in unethical or disruptive behavior.
9.2. Participants may withdraw from the program at any time by providing written notice. However, no refunds will be provided unless the success guarantee conditions apply.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates
